Use matrix
Header stamp ignores “Redistribute source” (still listed above). Worst of the other four scenarios. Scenario answers: Client pitch · Client deliverable · Merch / POD · Paid ads · Redistribute source
Conditions & notes
- Client pitch — Commercial use allowed on free and premium; free/Essential typically require Freepik attribution.
- Client deliverable — Custom work for one client allowed under conditions; deliver finals, not editable stock files for reuse.
- Merch / POD — Using content as main element on merchandise for resale generally restricted; Pro-tier merchandise permission exists with unit caps — verify current plan.
- Paid ads — Commercial advertising use generally allowed when not editorial-only content.
- Redistribute source — No redistribute as stock/archive; no resell/sublicense of the content itself.
Terms are long and plan-gated; mark unclear and re-check if your use is merch-heavy.
Pre-ship checklist
- Open the original license URL and confirm nothing changed since the verified date.
- Check trademark rules for any device brands shown in the mockup.
- If handing files to a client, confirm they may not need the editable source.
- For merch / POD / paid ads, re-read that scenario row — do not assume “commercial” covers it.
License summary
Free + Premium commercial use with plan-specific attribution and merch rules. Do not redistribute as stock. Merch-as-main-element often needs a higher plan — re-read Freepik terms before selling goods.
